The purpose of this blog is to document my journey from being obese to being physically fit; from being unable to run a mile, to being able to run the Tough Mudder and beyond. I want this blog to give me a sense of accountability while I go on this journey. I also want this blog to give me something to look back on so that I can really see and appreciate how far I've gone. And, should anyone be interested enough to read it, I want this blog to inspire others to make the same changes in their life.
